- Ajay Verma is a Fellow of International Bridges to Justice and has been providing free legal assistance to the poorest communities in Delhi through his own private practice. As a practicing advocate before the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court, Ajay has a strong passion in litigation. Ajay is a Standing Counsel for Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee at Delhi High Court. He has been appointed to the Panel Counsel for the Government of India. As the national representative for the Young Lawyer Committee of the International Bar Association Ajay is working of the interest of Young Lawyers in India. Ajay is a member of several international bar associations such as the American Bar Association, International Bar Association (IBA), National Association of Criminal Defence Lawyers (NACDL) and Union internationale des Avocats (UIA). Additionally, he has been associated with many nongovernmental organizations such as Amnesty International India, American Civil Liberties Union and Human Rights Watch. Recently Ajay has been appointed as VICE-CHAIR of India Committee of Section of International Law of American Bar Association.
